Acceptance
By installing or using Trevec, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Free tier
Trevec is available for free with core features including code context retrieval, search, file topology, re-indexing, and file history. The free tier is provided as-is with no guarantees of availability or support.
Pro tier
Trevec Pro is a paid subscription managed through Lemonsqueezy. Each license activates on one machine at a time. You may transfer your license between machines by deactivating on one and activating on another.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your Lemonsqueezy customer portal or by emailing [email protected]. After cancellation, Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled per Lemonsqueezy's refund policy.
Intellectual property
Trevec is proprietary software owned by Ibrahim Wynters You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software. Your code and data remain entirely yours. Trevec does not claim any rights to your source code.
Limitation of liability
Trevec is provided as-is. Ibrahim Wynters is not liable for any damages arising from the use of Trevec, including but not limited to code modifications suggested by AI agents using Trevec context, data loss, or service interruptions.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Trevec after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
